Is My Click & Collect Order Ready For Collection?

Please allow 3-5 days for your Click and Collect order to arrive at the store. As soon as your order is ready for collection you will receive an automated Ready for Collection email.

All orders must be signed for upon collection. Please bring the following documentation with you to our Click & Collect location in-store:

1. A copy of your ‘Ready for Collection’ email or show this document on your phone or tablet.
2. The payment card that you used to purchase the items, or photographic ID (a driving license, passport, or loyalty card).
