How can I check the balance of a Gift Card?

Our team can check the balance of your gift card at any in-store till point.

To check your gift card balance online, follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your account on the 'My Account' page.

Step 2: Go to the checkout page.

Step 3: Look for the "Use a Gift Card" option under Secure Payment.

Step 4: Select this option and enter the long gift card number found on the back of your gift card.

Step 5: Click on "Check Balance".

Our gift cards do not expire.

Please Note

When a Gift Card is applied to an order, in the event that the order fails, a temporary freeze is then placed on the balance. This will last for 24 - 36hrs and the balance will then automatically revert to the Gift Card.

This is a security feature on the Gift Card which we are unable to override.

Please allow 24hrs from when you attempted to place the order before attempting to use the Gift Card again.
