Can I return items I purchased with a gift card?

Yes, items purchased using Gift Card can be returned for refund to the original payment method. 

If you are no longer in possession of the Gift Card used when making your purchase, please contact Customer Service here to allow us to arrange to have your refunded gift card reissued.

Our Concierge Team in-store can also assist with reissuing your refunded Gift Card.

Gift Cards do not have an expiry date and will remain valid for as long as there is a balance on them.

Gift Cards should always be retained if you may refund your item in the future.

Please Note

When a Gift Card is applied to an order, in the event that the order fails, a temporary freeze is then placed on the balance. This will last for 24 - 36hrs and the balance will then automatically revert to the Gift Card.

This is a security feature on the Gift Card which we are unable to override.

Please allow 24hrs from when you attempted to place the order before attempting to use the Gift Card again.
