Can I return items I purchased with a gift card?

Yes, items purchased using Gift Card can be returned for refund to the original payment method. 

If you are no longer in possession of the Gift Card used when making your purchase, please contact Customer Service here to allow us to arrange to have your refunded gift card reissued. Our Concierge Team in-store can also assist with reissuing your refunded Gift Card.

Gift Cards do not have an expiry date and will remain valid for as long as there is a balance on them.
