How long will it take for my points to appear on my Encore Loyalty account?

Allocation of Retrospective Points may take up to 30 days before points appear on your account. You  can avail of this service up to 14 days from the date of the transaction.

Double Points on Sustainable Edit may take up to 7 days for the additional points to be added to  your loyalty account.

Birthday Points may take up to 30 days for birthday points to be added to your loyalty account.
