How do I add a receipt to my Brown Thomas Loyalty Account
If you are not in possession of your Loyalty Card or Digital Card on the App at time of the transaction In-store, Please ensure a full clear image of your card number and your receipt is provided, including the total spend and details near the barcode.
It may take up to 30 days before retrospectively added points appear on your account. You can avail of this service up to 28 days from the date of the transaction. You can have your points added to your Loyalty Account by emailing a copy of your receipt here
