What happens if my order is delayed?

Occasionally, orders may experience delays due to high-demand periods, weather disruptions, or stock availability. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please start by checking the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation email for the latest updates. In most cases, delays resolve within seven days. If your order remains delayed past this period, additional support options are available to ensure it reaches you as soon as possible.

  • Stock availability: Occasionally, an item may take longer to dispatch due to availability issues or stock being sourced from different locations.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, here’s what you can do:

  1. Check your tracking status: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your order’s journey and see if there are any updates from our delivery partner.
  2. Allow extra time: During busy periods or following public holidays, please allow a few extra days for delivery.
  3. Contact the delivery partner: If your tracking information shows that your order is in the delivery partner’s network but hasn’t progressed, reaching out to the delivery partner directly can sometimes provide additional insight.

When should I contact customer service?

If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window and there are no recent updates on your tracking link 5 days after dispatch, please reach out to us for assistance. We’ll be happy to investigate further and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
