Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?

Once your order is confirmed, we cannot change the shipping address as it begins processing immediately to ensure timely dispatch.

What if My Order Hasn’t Been Dispatched Yet?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched, you can request to cancel it and place a new order with the correct shipping details:

  • Use Live Chat or WhatsApp as soon as possible.
  • Provide your order number for faster assistance.

Cancellations are not guaranteed if your order has already entered the dispatch process.

What if My Order Has Already Been Dispatched?
If your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or update the address. In this case:

  • Track your order using the link in your dispatch confirmation email.
  • Contact the delivery partner for options, such as holding the package at a local facility.

If delivery is unsuccessful, our Returns Policy will apply.
