Why can’t I find or view my order?

If you’re unable to locate your order in your account or haven’t received a confirmation email, start by ensuring you’re logged into the correct account. Orders placed as a guest will not appear in ‘My Orders’ but can be found using the confirmation email. Check your inbox and spam folder, and confirm that your email was entered correctly during checkout. These steps will help you find your order details efficiently.

Steps to Locate Your Order

  1. Check Your Account’s ‘My Orders’ Section

    • Ensure that you’re logged into the correct account that was used to place the order. Go to the ‘My Orders’ section to view your recent purchases.
  2. Guest Orders

    • If you placed your order as a guest, it will not appear in the ‘My Orders’ section. You should still have received a confirmation email with your order details. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for an email from us.
  3. Confirm Email Address

    • Ensure that the email address entered during checkout is correct. Sometimes, a small typo can prevent the confirmation email from reaching your inbox.
