When Do My Encore Loyalty Points Expire?

Encore Loyalty Points expire annually to ensure that members make the most of their rewards. Here’s how the expiration policy works:
Expiration Date
- All Encore Loyalty Points earned within a calendar year will expire on 30th September of the following year. For example:
- Points earned from 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023 will expire on 30th September 2024.
- Points earned from 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024 will expire on 30th September 2025.
How to Make the Most of Your Points
To maximise the value of your loyalty points, we recommend redeeming them before the expiration date. Points can be used for a range of qualifying purchases both online and in-store at Brown Thomas and Arnotts, excluding gift cards and alcohol.
How to Check Your Points Balance
You can easily check your current points balance and view the expiry date:
- In-store: Ask any of our staff at the till to check your balance.
- Online: Log into your account on our website and navigate to the "My Loyalty" section.
- App: Open the Brown Thomas app, go to "My Account," and view your points balance under "My Loyalty."
Additional Notes
- Expired points cannot be reinstated, so we encourage members to monitor their points balance regularly.
- Loyalty Points can only be redeemed on registered accounts, so please ensure your account is fully set up to take advantage of your rewards.
