How to Redeem Your Encore Loyalty Points

Redeeming your Encore Loyalty Points is easy and can be done both online and in-store. Here’s everything you need to know to start spending your points, including information about special Birthday Points:
1. Points Redemption Value
For every 100 points you earn, you’ll have €1 (£1) to spend on qualifying purchases at Brown Thomas, BT2, and Arnotts. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
2. Birthday Points
As an Encore Loyalty member, you’ll receive triple points on all purchases made within a 15-day window around your birthday. This includes 7 days before, on the day of, and 7 days after your birthday. Birthday Points may take up to 30 days to appear on your loyalty account, so if they don’t show up immediately, please allow some time for processing.
3. Where Can You Redeem Points?
You can use your Encore Loyalty Points for purchases:
- In-store: Simply scan your digital loyalty card at any till point.
- Online: When checking out on our website, select “Loyalty Points” as your payment method.
- App: When making a purchase in the app, you can also choose to apply your Loyalty Points at checkout.
4. Exclusions
Please note that Encore Loyalty Points, including Birthday Points, cannot be used to purchase certain items, such as:
- Gift cards
- Alcohol
- Any other restricted items as specified by Brown Thomas and Arnotts.
5. Checking Your Points Balance
To see how many points you have available to redeem, you can check your balance easily:
- In-store: Ask a staff member at any till point.
- Online: Log into your account on our website and navigate to "My Loyalty."
- App: Open the app, go to "My Account," and view your points balance under "My Loyalty."
6. Expiry of Points
Remember that Encore Loyalty Points earned within a calendar year will expire on 30th September of the following year. For example, points earned from January to December 2023 will expire on 30th September 2024. We recommend redeeming your points before the expiration date to maximise their value.
