Brown Thomas and Arnotts E-Gift Cards provide a convenient way to gift someone special. These digital cards are versatile and can be used online or in-store. Here’s everything you need to know about E-Gift Cards.

1. What Is an E-Gift Card?

• An E-Gift Card is a digital version of our physical gift card, delivered via email. It includes a unique gift card number and barcode, allowing recipients to use it online or in-store at Brown Thomas, Arnotts, and BT2 stores.
• E-Gift Cards are available in Euro and can be used for payments in both Euro and GBP online.

2. How to Purchase an E-Gift Card

• You can purchase an E-Gift Card online at brownthomas.com or arnotts.ie.
• During the purchase, you’ll have the option to personalise your E-Gift Card and choose a delivery date – either for immediate sending or scheduled for a specific date.
• The maximum value for an E-Gift Card order is €500.

3. Receiving and Using Your E-Gift Card

• Delivery: Once purchased, the E-Gift Card will be sent to the recipient via email as a PDF attachment. It can be downloaded to a digital wallet for easy access.
• In-Store: Present the E-Gift Card email with the barcode at any till in Brown Thomas, Arnotts, or BT2 stores.
• Online: At checkout on brownthomas.com or arnotts.ie, select "Use a Gift Card" under "Secure Payment" and enter the E-Gift Card number to apply the balance.

4. No Expiry Date

• E-Gift Cards do not expire, allowing recipients to redeem the balance whenever they wish.

6. Important Notes

• The E-Gift Card balance can be used until fully depleted. Once used, any remaining balance will be accessible for future purchases.
