Brown Thomas and Arnotts Gift Cards provide lasting value with no expiration date, allowing you to redeem them at your convenience.
1. No Expiry Date
- Brown Thomas and Arnotts Gift Cards do not expire, so you can use them whenever you wish. The balance will remain available until it is fully depleted.
2. Validity Across Stores and Online
- You can use your Gift Card in any Brown Thomas, Arnotts, or BT2 store, as well as online at brownthomas.com and arnotts.ie. This applies to both physical Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards.
3. Security and Balance Protection
- While your Gift Card does not expire, we recommend treating it like cash and storing it securely. Brown Thomas and Arnotts are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.
- If your card is lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Note that any unauthorised transactions made before reporting cannot be refunded.
4. Balance Tracking
- You can check your Gift Card balance at any time:
- In-store: Ask a staff member at any till point.
- Online: Log in to your account, go to checkout, and select "Use a Gift Card" to view the balance.
