Can I Return Items I Purchased with a Gift Card?

Yes, items purchased with a Brown Thomas or Arnotts Gift Card can be returned, and the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that our Returns & Exchanges Policy still applies to all returns made with a Gift Card.

1. Refunds to Gift Cards

• If you return an item purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be credited back to the same Gift Card.
• If you no longer have the original Gift Card, please contact our Customer Service team. They can assist in reissuing a replacement Gift Card for your refunded balance.

2. Returning Items In-Store

• You can return items purchased with a Gift Card at any Brown Thomas, Arnotts, or BT2 store.
• Please bring the original Gift Card or, if lost, notify our in-store Concierge Team, who can assist in reissuing the refunded balance onto a new Gift Card.

3. Online Returns

• For online returns, you can request a refund through our returns process on brownthomas.com or arnotts.ie. If the original Gift Card is lost, please reach out to Customer Service for assistance.

4. Important Note

• We recommend retaining your Gift Card if you plan to return items in the future. Gift Cards do not expire, so the balance will remain available until fully used.
• Please ensure your return meets all conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy for successful processing.
