Brown Thomas and Arnotts Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Here’s what you need to know about our Gift Card policy:
1. Refund and Exchange Policy
- In-Store Purchases: Gift Cards purchased in-store are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Online Purchases: If your Gift Card was purchased online, it may be eligible for a refund in accordance with your statutory rights. To request a refund, you must provide written notice via email within 14 days after receiving the Gift Card.
2. Terms and Conditions
- All Gift Card purchases are subject to our Terms and Conditions, which confirm that Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash or any other payment method.
- Gift Cards may be used as full or part payment for goods across Brown Thomas, Arnotts, and BT2 stores, as well as online at brownthomas.com and arnotts.ie.
