How Long Will My Refund Take to Process?

We understand that receiving your refund promptly is important. The processing time for refunds varies depending on whether your purchase was made online or in-store. Here’s an outline of what to expect for each type of purchase.
1. Online Purchase
If you’ve returned an online purchase, please allow time for us to receive and process your return:
- Return Processing: Once your return has reached our warehouse, it may take up to 14 days to process the refund.
- Confirmation Email: You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
- Refund to Payment Method: After processing, the refund may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Gift Cards and Loyalty Points: If you used a gift card or loyalty points for your purchase, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift card or your loyalty account, as applicable. Please retain your gift card until all returns are complete.
****Lost Gift Card: If you no longer have the original gift card used for the purchase, please contact our Customer Service team. They can assist in reissuing the refunded balance to a new gift card.****
- Return via Postal Services: If you’re returning via An Post or DPD, please retain your proof of postage and tracking number. Delivery may take up to 14 days, depending on your location and chosen service.
Please note: If your order was part of a promotion, you must return all items included in the promotion (including any free gifts) to receive a full refund.
2. Store Purchase
If you’ve returned an item purchased in-store:
- Immediate Refund for Eligible Purchases: Refunds are typically processed immediately at the point of return in-store.
- Credit Card and Debit Card Processing Times: For credit or debit card payments, please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- Gift Card Refunds: If the purchase was made with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same gift card. Please ensure you retain the card until all returns are complete.
