Why Did I Receive an Incorrect Refund Amount?

1. Partial Returns

If you returned only part of your order, the refund will reflect the value of the items returned, excluding any items you kept. Any discounts applied to the original order may also impact the amount refunded for partial returns.

2. Promotional or Discounted Items

If your order included items purchased as part of a promotion or discount, the refund amount may be adjusted based on the terms of the promotion. For example:

  • If you benefited from a discount that required a minimum spend, returning part of the order may reduce your total below the minimum spend requirement, resulting in an adjusted refund.
  • Free gifts included in a promotion must be returned alongside the promotional items; otherwise, the value of the gift may be deducted from the refund.

3. Loyalty Points or Gift Cards

If you used loyalty points or a gift card for your purchase, the refund will reflect only the portion paid with traditional payment methods. Any loyalty points used will be credited back to your loyalty account, and gift card amounts will be reissued to the original gift card.

  • Lost Gift Card: If you no longer have the original gift card used for the purchase, please contact our Customer Service team. They can assist in reissuing the refunded balance to a new gift card.
