How to Check Product Availability Online

At Brown Thomas, we make it easy for you to check the availability of products online. Follow the steps below to see if the item you're interested in is currently in stock, either online or at one of our stores.

Step 1: Search for the Product on Our Website

1. Go to brownthomas.com and use the search bar at the top of the page.
2. Enter the product name or keywords related to the item you’re looking for.
3. Review the search results to locate your desired product.

Step 2: Check Online Stock Availability

1. Select the product from the search results to open the product page.
2. On the product page, you’ll find information about its availability:
   • If the product is in stock, it will show as available for purchase.
   • If the product is out of stock, this will be clearly indicated on the page.

Step 3: Check Store Stock Availability

If the product is out of stock online or you’d like to check if it’s available in a nearby store, follow these steps:

1. On the product page, look for the “CHECK STOCK IN-STORE” option.
2. Click on this option, and a window will appear prompting you to select your preferred store.
3. Once you select a store, the system will check and display the current availability of the item in that location.

What to Do if the Item is Out of Stock

If the product is not available online or in-store, you may want to consider signing up for notifications when the item is back in stock. Check the product page for any sign-up options, or explore similar items listed in the same category.
