Can I Change My Click and Collect Location?

Once you've selected a Click and Collect location at Brown Thomas, it cannot be modified after the order is placed. However, we can assist by cancelling your original order, allowing you to place a new order with your preferred Click and Collect location.

To proceed with cancelling your initial order, please reach out to our Customer Service team via Live Chat or WhatsApp. Once your order is successfully cancelled, you can place a new order with the updated collection location, provided the item is still available.
