Can You Hold My Click and Collect Order for Longer?

We aim to make collecting your Click and Collect order as convenient as possible. Once your order is ready, you’ll have 10 days to pick it up at your chosen Brown Thomas location.

If, for any reason, you anticipate difficulty collecting within this time, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Service team through Live Chat or WhatsApp to discuss your options. While we strive to support your needs, extended holds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to store availability.

Please note that after 10 days, uncollected orders may be automatically returned to stock, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
