How Do I Collect My Click and Collect Order?

Collecting your Click and Collect order from Brown Thomas is easy. Just follow the steps below:

1. Wait for the “Ready for Collection” Email

• Once your order is ready, you will receive a "Ready for Collection" email. Please ensure you have received this notification before heading to the store, as it confirms that your order is available for pick-up.

2. Bring Necessary Documents

• Identification: Bring a valid photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license).
• Order Confirmation: Show a copy of your "Ready for Collection" email. You can present it on your phone or bring a printed copy.

3. Collecting on Behalf of Someone Else

• If someone is collecting on your behalf, please ensure they bring:
  • A copy of the "Ready for Collection" email.
  • Their photo ID.
  • A document with proof of your address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement).

4. Go to the Click and Collect Area in Store

• Visit the Click and Collect area at the designated store location. If you’re unsure where this is, our in-store team will be happy to direct you.
