You can include a gift message in the following cases:

1. When you choose gift wrap:

  • Add your items to the basket

  • Select the gift wrap option at checkout (where available)

  • You’ll see the option to add a gift message once gift wrap is selected

2. When ordering a physical gift card:

  • During checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a message that will be printed with the card


Will the recipient see prices?

No — when a gift message is added:

  • Prices will be removed from the delivery note
