What items cannot be returned?

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Unsealed, opened, or worn items

  • Made-to-measure, made-to-order, altered, or personalised products

  • Products unsuitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery

  • All food items, including hampers

  • Beauty products where packaging has been removed or unsealed

  • Intimates, briefs, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, hosiery, and body contour apparel

  • Bedding, including mattress protectors, duvets, duvet covers, sheets, pillows, and pillowcases

  • Gift cards

  • Seasonal products, such as Christmas decorations and Christmas trees

  • Earrings and pierced jewellery

  • Paper carrier bags
