If you forgot to use your Encore Loyalty card when making a purchase, you can submit a request to add your points by following these steps:

1. Gather the required information:

   • A clear image of your Encore Loyalty card or loyalty number (as shown in the App).

   • A full, clear photo of the original purchase receipt showing all transaction details, including the date, time, and items purchased.
