Do you deliver to hotels or temporary addresses?

If you’re wondering “Can Brown Thomas deliver to hotels, short-term rentals, or temporary addresses?”, the answer depends on the reliability of the address and ability to accept parcels securely.

Deliveries to hotels and short-term addresses

  • We can deliver to hotels, serviced apartments, or temporary residences within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

  • The address must include:

    • The full hotel or property name

    • The complete street address and Eircode

    • The guest name registered at the property

  • Please ensure someone is available at reception or at the property to sign for the parcel.

Important restrictions

  • Deliveries cannot be made to Parcel Lockers.

  • Same Day and Nominated Day services (Dublin, Maynooth, Naas, Newbridge, Bray and Greystones only) require a valid, staffed address within the delivery area.

  • Large items, furniture, or electrical deliveries may not be suitable for hotels or temporary addresses — check product delivery information before ordering.

Responsibility for receipt

Once delivered to the hotel reception or concierge, the parcel is considered successfully delivered. Brown Thomas cannot accept responsibility if the hotel or temporary property fails to pass the parcel on to you.
