Delivery of Physical Gift Cards

• Standard Delivery:

  • Physical Gift Cards ordered online are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.

• Tracking:

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your Gift Card has been sent.

• Peak Periods:

  • Delivery times may be longer during busy shopping seasons, such as Christmas. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

Delivery of E-Gift Cards

• Immediate or Scheduled Delivery:

  • E-Gift Cards are emailed directly to the recipient. You can choose to have it delivered immediately or schedule it for a specific date.

• Format:

  • The recipient will receive a PDF attachment, which can be added to a digital wallet for ease of use.

Important to know

• There is no expiry date on Brown Thomas or Arnotts Gift Cards.
