What is an E-Gift Card and how does it work?

An E-Gift Card is a digital version of a Brown Thomas Gift Card, offering a fast and convenient way to gift someone special. E-Gift Cards can be used both online and in-store at Brown Thomas, Arnotts, and BT2.

How an E-Gift Card works

• Purchase:

  • E-Gift Cards can be purchased online at brownthomas.com.

  • You can personalise your E-Gift Card and choose immediate or scheduled email delivery.

• Delivery:

  • The recipient will receive the E-Gift Card by email, with a PDF attachment containing the card number and barcode.

  • The card can be saved to a digital wallet for ease of use.

• Usage:

  • In-store: Show the barcode from the email at any till point.

  • Online: At checkout, select "Use a Gift Card" under Secure Payment and enter the E-Gift Card number.

Key features

• No expiry date:

  • E-Gift Cards do not expire and can be used whenever the recipient chooses.

• Currency:

  • E-Gift Cards are issued in Euro but can be used for payment in Euro or GBP online.

• Balance:

  • Any remaining balance after a purchase stays available for future use.
