Can I get a refund for a Gift Card?
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash once purchased.
Refunds for in-store purchases

Gift Cards purchased in-store are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Refunds for online purchases

If you purchased a Gift Card online, you may request a refund under your statutory rights.

To do so, you must submit a written cancellation request within 14 days of receiving the Gift Card.

Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

Gift Cards can be used at any time, as they do not expire.

We recommend retaining the Gift Card securely until it is fully redeemed.

Gift Cards remain valid for full or partial payment at Brown Thomas, Arnotts, and BT2 stores, as well as online at brownthomas.com.
