Can I get a refund for a Gift Card?

Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash once purchased.

Refunds for in-store purchases

  • Gift Cards purchased in-store are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Refunds for online purchases

  • If you purchased a Gift Card online, you may request a refund under your statutory rights.

  • To do so, you must submit a written cancellation request within 14 days of receiving the Gift Card.

  • Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase.

Important information

  • Gift Cards can be used at any time, as they do not expire.

  • We recommend retaining the Gift Card securely until it is fully redeemed.

  • Gift Cards remain valid for full or partial payment at Brown Thomas, Arnotts, and BT2 stores, as well as online at brownthomas.com.

How to request a refund for an online Gift Card

  • Please contact our Customer Service team to begin the refund process if eligible.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the unused Gift Card has been verified.
