What should I do if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?

If your Brown Thomas Gift Card has been lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to assist, but please note that replacement may not be possible in every case.

What we can do

  • If the Gift Card still has a balance and has not been used, we may be able to reissue the funds onto a new card.

  • In some cases, we may require the original purchaser to contact us directly to confirm proof of ownership.

  • You’ll be asked to provide supporting documentation, such as a receipt, order number, or confirmation email.

Important information

  • Gift Cards should be treated like cash. If the funds have already been spent before you report the loss, we regret that we will not be able to recover or replace the balance.

  • E-Gift Cards can often be retrieved from the original email. Please check your inbox and spam folder for the original message.

  • Physical Gift Cards cannot be replaced without verification of purchase and remaining balance.
