Can I return an item purchased with a Gift Card?

Yes, items purchased using a Brown Thomas Gift Card can be returned in line with our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy. If your return is accepted, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original Gift Card used for the purchase.

How your refund will be processed

• In-store purchases:
  Refunds will be applied to the same Gift Card presented at the time of purchase. If you no longer have the card, please inform a member of the team. We may be able to reissue a replacement card once ownership is verified.

• Online purchases:
  When returning online orders paid with a Gift Card, the refund will be processed back to the same card. If the original card is lost, contact Customer Service for support. You may be asked to confirm proof of purchase or provide order details.

Important information

• Gift Cards do not expire, so your refunded balance will remain valid.

• Hold onto your Gift Card until you are sure you are keeping the item.

• If the Gift Card used for the original transaction cannot be recovered, and ownership cannot be confirmed, we regret that a refund may not be possible.
