How will I receive my refund if I paid with a Gift Card?

If you paid for your purchase using a Brown Thomas Gift Card, any eligible refund will be returned to the same card. This applies to both in-store and online purchases.

Refund process

  • In-store purchases:
    Refunds are typically processed at the till and returned to the original Gift Card. If you no longer have the card, please let our team know. We may be able to reissue a replacement card, subject to ownership verification.

  • Online purchases:
    Refunds will be credited to the Gift Card originally used for the transaction. If the card is lost, please contact Customer Service. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase or order confirmation before a replacement can be issued.

Important notes

  • Gift Cards do not expire, so any refunded balance will remain available for future use.

  • Keep your Gift Card until you are certain you will not return any items.

  • If the card has been lost and ownership cannot be confirmed, we regret that a refund may not be possible.
