Why was my order returned to sender?

If your tracking shows that your order was “Returned to Sender,” it means our delivery partner was unable to complete the delivery. This can happen for a few common reasons — we’ll explain what caused it and what happens next.


Why your order may have been returned

  • Incorrect or incomplete address: The courier couldn’t locate your address

  • Failed delivery attempts: No one was available to accept the parcel

  • Refused delivery: Someone at the address declined the delivery

  • Missed collection window: The parcel wasn’t picked up in time from a collection point


What happens next?

Once the parcel is returned to us:

  • Our team will try to contact you using the details provided at checkout

  • If we can’t reach you within a reasonable time, your order will be refunded automatically

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method
