My order arrived while I was out — what are my delivery options?

If you missed your delivery, don’t worry. Our delivery partners usually offer a few ways to rearrange or collect your parcel. This article explains what to do next depending on which courier is delivering your order.


Step 1: Check for a missed delivery note

  • You should receive a delivery slip or email letting you know the attempt was made

  • It may include options for rescheduling or collecting your parcel


Step 2: Follow your courier’s next steps

An Post (Republic of Ireland)

  • Visit anpost.com and go to the Track & Trace section

  • Use your tracking number to view redelivery or collection options

  • You may be able to collect your parcel from a local An Post Delivery Service Unit

DPD (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland)

  • Visit dpd.ie and enter your tracking number

  • You can rearrange delivery or choose to collect your parcel from a DPD Pickup Point

DHL (Luxury Boutique Orders)

  • Visit dhl.com and enter your tracking number for options

  • Depending on the item and location, you may be able to schedule a new delivery time or collect from a DHL service point
