My order arrived while I was out — what are my delivery options?
A frequent question is, “What are my delivery options if my Brown Thomas order arrived while I was out?” If you miss a delivery, our couriers usually provide ways to rearrange or collect your parcel.
Step 1: Check for a missed delivery note
You should receive a delivery slip, SMS, or email confirming that a delivery attempt was made.
This will usually include instructions for redelivery or collection.
Step 2: Follow courier instructions
An Post (Republic of Ireland):
Visit anpost.com and use the Track & Trace tool with your tracking number.
Options may include redelivery or collection from your local An Post Delivery Service Unit.
DPD (Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland):
Visit dpd.ie and enter your tracking number.
You may rearrange delivery or collect from a DPD Pickup Point.
DHL (Luxury Boutique orders):
Visit dhl.com and enter your tracking number.
Depending on the item, you may be able to reschedule delivery or collect from a DHL Service Point.
