How long should I wait before reporting a delivery issue?

Delivery timeframes to expect

Republic of Ireland (ROI):

  • Standard Delivery: 5 working days with An Post

  • Premium Express: 1–3 business days with DPD

  • Same Day (Dublin only): Evening delivery slot with Wheels We Deliver

  • Nominated Day (Dublin only): Chosen date up to 28 days in advance with Wheels We Deliver

Northern Ireland (NI):

  • Standard or Express Delivery: 5 working days (Standard) or 1–3 business days (Express) with DPD

Click & Collect:

  • Orders are typically ready within 3–5 working days

  • You'll receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email when it’s available


When should I contact customer service?

Please wait until:

  • The full delivery timeframe has passed plus an additional 1–2 days

  • You’ve checked tracking information for all parcels (some orders arrive in multiple deliveries)

  • You’ve confirmed with others at your address or building, and checked safe places
