I received the wrong item – what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear your order wasn’t quite right. If you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right as quickly as possible. Please check whether your order was sent in more than one parcel, and if the item is genuinely incorrect, we’ll guide you through returning it and getting a replacement or refund.
1. Check if your order was split into multiple parcels
Some items are dispatched separately from different locations. Before reporting a wrong item, please:

Check if your missing or correct item is still in transit
2. If it’s definitely the wrong item
Please contact us via the Live Chat widget in the bottom right corner or on WhatsApp. We’ll ask you to provide:

A brief description of the item received

A photo of the incorrect item, including any tags or barcode on the packaging
This helps us determine what went wrong and resolve it faster.
3. What happens next
Once confirmed, we’ll offer one of the following:
