1. Check and document the damage

When your order arrives, please inspect it straight away. If you notice any damage:

  • Take clear photos of the item, any damaged parts, and the outer packaging

  • Include an image of the barcode or label on the packaging if possible

  • Keep all packaging until we’ve confirmed the next steps


2. Contact us to report the issue

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • The photos mentioned above

This helps us assess the situation and act quickly.


3. What happens next

We’ll review your report and offer a suitable resolution, which may include:
