Redeeming Your Points

Every 100 points collected equals €1 (£1) to spend on future purchases.
Points can be redeemed in-store, online, and via the App at checkout.

Birthday Points

Triple Birthday Points are awarded on eligible purchases made 7 days before, on the day of, and 7 days after your birthday.
Birthday Points may take up to 30 days after purchase to appear on your account.

Points Expiry

Encore Loyalty Points earned during a calendar year will expire on 30th September of the following year.
Example: Points earned between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2024 will expire on 30th September 2025.
We recommend redeeming your points before the expiry date to maximise their value.

Important to Know

Points cannot be redeemed for certain items, including gift cards and alcohol.
Expired points cannot be reinstated.
