Redeeming your points

Points can be redeemed in-store, online, or through the Brown Thomas App at checkout.
Points expiry
Points earned in a calendar year will expire on 30 September of the following year.
Example: Points earned between 1 January 2024 and 31 December 2024 will expire on 30 September 2025.
Expired points cannot be reinstated, so we recommend redeeming them before the deadline.
