Do I get extra points for my birthday?

Yes – as an Encore Loyalty member, you’ll earn triple points on all qualifying purchases made during your birthday window.

When are birthday points awarded?

You’ll receive triple points on purchases made:

7 days before your birthday
On your birthday
7 days after your birthday

These are automatically applied, provided we have your date of birth on file.

How do I ensure I receive birthday points?

If your date of birth is missing or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team via the Live Chat widget in the bottom right corner or through WhatsApp. Our team will be happy to help update your account so you don’t miss out.

How long does it take for birthday points to appear?

Please allow up to 30 days for birthday points to be reflected in your account after your purchase.

Birthday points apply only to eligible items. Exclusions include gift cards, alcohol, and certain restricted products.
All points, including birthday points, expire on 30 September of the following calendar year.
- For example, points earned in June 2024 will expire on 30 September 2025.
