When birthday points are awarded
You will earn triple points on eligible purchases made:
7 days before your birthday
On your birthday
7 days after your birthday
How to make sure you receive birthday points
Ensure your date of birth is correctly registered on your Encore Loyalty account.

Processing time for birthday points
Birthday points may take up to 30 days after purchase to appear in your account.
Important to know
Birthday points apply only to qualifying items (exclusions include gift cards, alcohol, and restricted products).
All points, including birthday points, expire on 30 September of the following year.
Example: Points earned in June 2024 will expire on 30 September 2025.
Expired points cannot be reinstated.
