How do I earn Encore Loyalty points? – Brown Thomas

Earning Encore Loyalty points is simple and rewarding, whether you are shopping online or in-store at Brown Thomas, Arnotts, or BT2.

Standard Earning: Collect 1 point for every €1 (£1) spent on qualifying purchases.
Sustainable Edit Bonus: Earn double points when you shop from our Sustainable Edit collection.
Birthday Bonus: Enjoy triple points on all qualifying purchases during your 15-day birthday window (7 days before, on your birthday, and 7 days after).
Platinum Members: If you spend €5,000 (£5,000) within a calendar year, you will earn 2 points for every €1 (£1) spent as part of our Platinum tier rewards.

In-Store: Scan your Encore Loyalty card at the till. You can use either your digital card from the Brown Thomas App or your physical card.
Online: Make sure you are signed in to your account at checkout. Your purchases will automatically link to your loyalty account.

Standard points typically appear on your account within a few days of your purchase.
Birthday bonus points may take up to 30 days after purchase to appear.
Sustainable Edit bonus points may take up to 7 days to appear.

Always check your receipt to ensure your Encore Loyalty card was used.
Points earned during a calendar year expire on 30th September of the following year.
Example: Points earned between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2024 will expire on 30th September 2025.
