Can I change items or quantities in my order?
A frequent question is, “Can I change items or quantities in my order?” Once an order has been confirmed with Brown Thomas, the items, sizes, or quantities cannot be updated, as the fulfilment process begins immediately. The only possible option is to cancel the order if it has not yet been dispatched, then place a new order with the correct items.
What you can do
1. Try to cancel the order
If your order has not yet been dispatched, cancellation may be possible.
Contact us as soon as possible through the Live Chat widget in the bottom right corner.
Provide your order number to help us locate it quickly.
If successful, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email, after which you can place a new order with your preferred items or quantities.
2. If your order has already been dispatched
We are unable to change or remove items once the parcel is on the way.
You can return unwanted items once they arrive.
Refunds will be processed in line with the Brown Thomas Returns & Refunds Policy.
