Can I change items or quantities in my order?

Once your order is confirmed, it begins processing immediately — so we're unable to make changes to the items, quantities, or sizes after checkout.

However, if the order hasn’t yet reached a certain stage of fulfilment, you may still have time to cancel and reorder.


What you can do

1. Try to cancel the order

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched:

  • Contact us right away using the Live Chat widget in the bottom right corner or on WhatsApp

  • Have your order number ready to help speed up the request

If cancellation is successful, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You can then place a new order with your preferred items and quantities.


2. If your order has already been dispatched

We can’t change your order once it’s on the way. However:

  • You may return unwanted items once they arrive

  • Full return instructions are available in our Returns & Refunds section
