Can I choose a delivery date or add delivery instructions?
At the moment, we’re unable to make manual changes to delivery preferences after checkout — this includes requests to specify a delivery date or add notes like “leave in porch” or “call on arrival.”
However, depending on the delivery service you selected at checkout, you may have some options directly through the courier.
What you can do
1. If you selected a premium delivery service (Dublin only)

Same Day and Nominated Day delivery options allow you to choose a delivery date and time during checkout

If your order is already confirmed, we’re unable to change the delivery slot — you’ll need to wait for the delivery or place a new order
2. After dispatch: use your courier's tracking options
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link.
Depending on the courier, you may be able to:

Request delivery to a pickup point

Choose a new delivery day

Add safe place instructions
DPD, An Post and DHL all offer these options once the parcel is in their network.
