Can I change my delivery method after ordering?
A common question is, “Can I change my delivery method after ordering?” Once your Brown Thomas order is confirmed, the delivery method (such as Standard, Express, or Same Day) cannot be updated, as the fulfilment process begins immediately. The only possible option is to cancel the order if it has not yet been dispatched, then place a new order with your preferred delivery option.

Some couriers may allow rescheduling or alternative delivery arrangements once the parcel has entered their network.
