Can I change my delivery method after ordering?
Once your order is confirmed, it begins processing immediately — this means we’re unable to change your chosen delivery method (such as switching from Standard to Express) after checkout.
If you’ve selected the wrong option or need to update your delivery preferences, there may still be time to cancel and reorder.
What you can do
1. Try to cancel the order
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it:

Have your order number ready to help us locate it
If cancellation is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email and can place a new order with your preferred delivery method.
2. If your order has already been dispatched
We cannot change the delivery method once your parcel is on the way.
However, your tracking link will provide updates, and your delivery partner may offer rescheduling or alternative options once they receive the parcel.
