Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once your order is confirmed, it begins processing immediately — this means we’re unable to change the delivery address, even if your order hasn't yet been dispatched.
However, if your order hasn’t yet reached a certain stage of fulfilment, you may still have time to cancel and place a new order with the correct details.
What you can do
1. Try to cancel the order
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to cancel it for you:

Contact us as soon as possible using the Live Chat widget in the bottom right corner or on WhatsApp

Please have your order number ready to speed things up
If the cancellation is successful, you'll receive confirmation by email and can then place a new order with the correct address.
2. If your order has already been dispatched
Unfortunately, we can't change the delivery address once it's en route. However:

You can track your parcel using the link in your dispatch confirmation email

You may be able to request a redelivery or pickup from a depot directly through the courier
If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us and refunded in line with our returns policy.
