How do I redeem my Encore Loyalty points online or in-store?

Redeeming your Encore Loyalty points is effortless, allowing you to enjoy rewards both in-store and online at Brown Thomas, Arnotts, and BT2.

How to Redeem Your Points

In-Store: Simply present your Encore Loyalty card (physical or digital via the Brown Thomas App) at the till. Inform a team member that you would like to redeem your points.
Online: When checking out, select your available Loyalty Points as the payment method at the 'Secure Payment' stage.
Through the App: If you are shopping via the Brown Thomas App, you can also apply your Loyalty Points at checkout.

Redemption Value

Every 100 points equals €1 (£1) off qualifying purchases.

Important Information

Exclusions: Loyalty points cannot be redeemed against purchases of gift cards, alcohol, or any restricted items outlined in the loyalty terms.
Partial Payments: If your points do not cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.

Birthday Points Reminder

Birthday triple points are applied during the 15-day birthday window (7 days before, on, and after your birthday).
These may take up to 30 days after purchase to appear in your account before becoming available to redeem.

Points Expiry

Loyalty points earned in a calendar year will expire on 30th September of the following year.
- Example: Points earned between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2024 will expire on 30th September 2025.
Expired points cannot be reinstated, so we encourage you to redeem your points before the expiry date.
