How to redeem your points

In-store: Present your Encore Loyalty card (physical or digital in the Brown Thomas App) at the till and let the team know you would like to redeem your points.

In the App: When shopping via the Brown Thomas App, apply your Loyalty Points during the payment stage at checkout.

Redemption value

Every 100 points equals €1 (£1) off qualifying purchases.
