When do my Encore Loyalty points expire? – Brown Thomas

Encore Loyalty points are valid for a limited time. To avoid disappointment, we recommend redeeming them well before the expiry date. Points earned in any calendar year will expire on 30 September of the following year.

Examples:

Points earned from 1 January to 31 December 2023 expire on 30 September 2024.
Points earned from 1 January to 31 December 2024 expire on 30 September 2025.

Once expired, points cannot be reinstated. Be sure to redeem them before the deadline to make the most of your rewards.
