Why are my Encore Loyalty points missing or incorrect?

If your Encore Loyalty points balance appears lower than expected, there may be a valid reason. Points are awarded on qualifying purchases only and may take time to appear in your account.

Common reasons include:

  • Processing time:

    • Online and promotional points may take up to 7 days.

    • Birthday points can take up to 30 days.

  • Returned items:

    • Points earned from any item that was later returned will be removed.

  • Non-qualifying purchases:

    • Items such as gift cards and alcohol do not earn points.

  • Points expiry:

    • Points expire on 30 September of the year following when they were earned.
