Why did my Encore Loyalty points expire or disappear?

Encore Loyalty points expire annually. If your points have disappeared, it’s likely they expired at the end of the grace period. Expired points cannot be reinstated.

Points expire on 30 September of the following year. For example:

• Points earned in 2023 expire on 30 September 2024.

• Points earned in 2024 will expire on 30 September 2025.

Other reasons your balance may be lower:

• Points from returned items are removed automatically.

• Points from purchases of gift cards or alcohol are not awarded.

• Your loyalty account may not have been linked at the time of purchase.
