Using your Gift Card in-store
Present your physical Gift Card at any till point.
For an eGift Card, show the email containing the barcode or digital card details.
Let the cashier know you wish to pay with your Gift Card.
Any remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.
Using your Gift Card online
Add your chosen items to your basket at brownthomas.com or arnotts.ie.
At checkout, go to Secure Payment.
Select Use a Gift Card.
Enter your full Gift Card number.
For physical cards, scratch the panel on the back to reveal the final digits if required.
Confirm the balance and apply it to your purchase.
