You can check the balance of your Brown Thomas Gift Card or E-Gift Card at any time, whether you are shopping online or visiting our stores. This guide explains how to confirm your available balance quickly and easily.

Checking your Gift Card balance online

Log in to your account at brownthomas.com or arnotts.ie.
Add an item to your basket and proceed to the checkout page.
Under 'Secure Payment', select 'Use a Gift Card'.
Enter your full Gift Card number (found on the back of your physical card or in your E-Gift Card email).
Click 'Check Balance' to view the available amount.

Checking your Gift Card balance in-store

Visit any Brown Thomas, Arnotts, or BT2 store.
Present your physical Gift Card at any till point.
A member of our team will assist you in checking your balance.

Important to know

Gift Cards are issued in Euro. They can be used in both Euro and GBP when shopping online.
You must be logged into your account to check the balance online.
Gift Cards do not expire; your balance remains available until fully redeemed.
If you have recently made a transaction, please allow a few minutes for the balance to update.
