Checking your balance online
Log into your account at brownthomas.com or arnotts.ie.
Add any item to your basket and proceed to checkout.
Under Secure Payment, select Use a Gift Card.
Enter your full Gift Card number (from the back of a physical card or your eGift Card email).
Select Check Balance to view your available amount.
Checking your balance in-store
Visit any Brown Thomas, Arnotts, or BT2 store.
Present your Gift Card at a till point.
A team member will confirm your current balance.
Important to know
Gift Cards are issued in Euro but can also be used for GBP transactions online.
You must be logged into your account to check your balance online.
Gift Cards do not expire — your balance remains available until fully redeemed.
Recently used cards may take a few minutes to update with the correct balance.
