Beauty Unlocked: How does the promotion work?

The Beauty Unlocked promotion lets you earn a voucher when you spend on beauty, and use it on a future beauty purchase.

When is the promotion running?

• Earn your voucher: 25 March – 6 April
• Use your voucher: 8 April – 19 April

How do I earn a voucher?

Spend on beauty in one transaction during the qualifying period:

• Spend €50 → receive a €10 voucher
• Spend €100 → receive a €20 voucher

Available in-store and online.

How will I receive my voucher?

• In-store: printed on your receipt with a barcode
• Online: included in your order confirmation email

You can use your voucher from your phone. Printing is not required.

How do I use my voucher?

During the redemption period, you can use your voucher on a beauty purchase.

• €10 voucher → €10 off
• €20 voucher → €20 off

There is no minimum spend required when redeeming.

Where can I use my voucher?

You can use your voucher:

• In any Brown Thomas or Arnotts store
• In Planet Beauty (Clarendon Street)
• Online at brownthomas.com or arnotts.ie

What can I use my voucher on?

Your voucher can be used on beauty products only in a single transaction.

What is excluded?

Your voucher cannot be used on:

• Dior Beauty (Grafton Street)
• Trinny London
• Shark or Dyson products
• Beauty services
• Any other promotion or discount

Important things to know

• Only one voucher can be used per transaction
• Each voucher can only be used once
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other offers
• If your purchase is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will not carry over

Why didn’t I receive a voucher?

You may not have received a voucher if:

• Your spend did not reach €50 or €100 in one transaction
• Your purchase included excluded items

Why isn’t my voucher working?

Your voucher may not work if:

• You are trying to use it outside the redemption dates
• Your basket includes excluded brands or services
• You are trying to use more than one voucher
• Another promotion or discount is applied

What happens if I return an item?

If you return an item where a voucher was used:

• The discount is shared across all items in the transaction
• You will be refunded the amount you paid after the discount
